Please read these terms and conditions prior to purchasing. As the terms and conditions may be subject to change from time to time we recommend that you check them before each purchase.

•Display of goods on this site is an invitation to treat only and not an offer to sell the goods at the price displayed.
•This website is provided on an “as is” basis. Any errors will be unintentional and we do not accept responsibility for such errors.
•All products are subject to availability.
•Products shown may not be actual size.
•All measurements are approximate.
•Colours reproduced are as accurate as possible.
•All goods will be supplied either in our own packaging or branded packaging from our suppliers.
•Price and availability is subject to change without notice.
•Card payments are debited before the goods are shipped.

Ordering Process, Delivery Information, and Returns Policy form part of these terms and conditions. You should read these before placing your order.
All orders placed through our website are subject to us accepting the order. Once your order has been placed we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order. Providing stock is available your order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order. We will inform you by email if any product has a longer delivery time or is unavailable. You will receive a second email confirming that the goods have been dispatched. Please note that the first email confirming receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted once we email you confirming dispatch of your goods. We are free to withdraw from a prospective contact at any time prior to this acceptance.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund, providing it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, in the same condition, with its original packaging and any relevant documentation. Please notify us either by telephone 01204 460062, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
We regret this offer does not include earrings and body jewellery (for health reasons), personalised items or special orders. Please note: Special orders include all Brown and Newirth and Charles Green rings which are made to order. If the size of your Bien or Charles Green ring is not correct you may exchange the ring for the correct size. Where we have not measured the finger size a charge will be applicable. The amount will vary between £35.00 and £70.00 depending on the metal and style of ring ordered. We recommend that you return your item using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the item is insured in transit and provides proof of return.
For change of mind refunds we are not responsible for the cost of your postage or any charges you may incur.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects on production of the sale receipt. These rights are additional and do not affect your statutory rights.
